Trent moved from Newfoundland to Alberta to follow his dream of making-it in comedy. Since walking on stage in 2004, he has won the Calgary Comedy Idol Competition, the Rusty Cage Comedy Competition, finished third in the semi finals of the 2006 Yuk Yuk’s Great Canadian Laugh Off, and twice participated in the Rocky Mountain Comedy Festival. His material hit the air in 2006 on CBC Radio’s So You Think You’re Funny and cracked the US market with his debut on XM Satellite Radio.
