ANN VAUTOUR

Ann Vautour has been working in leadership positions with government and municipal agencies since the mid 1980s. A graduate of the University of Alberta in Administration (Recreation Therapy), she has developed and directed a variety of departments and projects at major teaching hospitals in Vancouver and Halifax. She is the author of “The Career Portfolio: A Guided Sample”, used by Dalhousie University’s Counselling Services. Ann has been a guest lecturer at universities on the east and west coasts of Canada. Her experience and knowledge in working with teams provides critical insight into organizational success.

A graduate of the Negotiation and Conflict Management Programme, Dalhousie University Law School and Henson College, Halifax, Ann has also written a mediation case used as a teaching tool in this same programme.

In both her leadership roles in public health care and private practice, Ann has helped groups remove barriers to innovative thinking while improving job satisfaction and performance. She has extensive experience in adult education and small group process, and is a Master Trainer for the Province of Nova Scotia in the area of Volunteer Management and Motivation. Ann is certified in media training, facilitation, harassment investigation and mediation and is qualified to administer the Myers Briggs Personality Inventory (MBTI) used in team building, conflict management and other areas of human development.

Ann’s effective and entertaining delivery style has been her trademark in workshops and mediations, earning her great respect from clients and colleagues.

A LAUGH...

JUDY CROON

Judy has been entertaining audiences across North America for the past 15 years.

Her clean and clever act is the perfect finale to any corporate function. Judy believes in providing hope with humor. She is the creator and host of Laughlines - an annual all female comedy night in Toronto for the Princess Margaret Hospital.
In the past four years, Laughlines has raised over a quarter of a million dollars for breast cancer research.
