Francois Weber is an award winning stand-up comedian, actor and playwright. His energetic and animated portrayal of life as a teacher and his observations about growing up with a bilingual name in a small town create a memorable comedy experience. His French Canadian story-telling roots and boy-next-door demeanour shine through every time he steps onto the stage. Born of a French Canadian mother and a Swiss father, Francois grew up in North Bay, Ontario. He’s made Prince Edward Island his home since 1995. Francois has performed at the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, Halifax Comedy Festival 2009 & 2010 and The Charlottetown Off-Centre Comedy Festival. He has also headlined and toured with Yuk Yuk’s Comedy Clubs throughout the Maritimes and Ontario. Francois is a sought after keynote and motivational speaker where his hit presentations, “Slow Down and Smell The Classroom” and “Slow Down and Smell Yourself” have been received with standing ovations. “I have heard nothing but positive comments about your presentation. Thanks so much for delivering such an inspiring keynote address. I hope that you will consider returning in the future.” |
